In modern mining and tunnel engineering construction, anchor drilling rigs are key equipment, and their operation skills directly affect the progress and safety of the project. Mastering scientific operation methods can not only improve work efficiency, but also reduce equipment loss and construction risks.
Correct start-up preparation is the basis for efficient operation. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the connection of each component of the drilling rig is firm, whether the hydraulic oil level is up to standard, and whether the cooling system is normal. Pay special attention to the matching of the drill rod and the drill bit. Different geological conditions require the use of drill tool combinations of corresponding specifications. Regular lubrication of guide rails and rotating parts can effectively reduce wear and extend the life of the equipment.

During operation, pressure control is particularly critical. Excessive thrust pressure will cause excessive wear of the drill bit, while insufficient pressure will affect drilling efficiency. Experienced operators will adjust the pressure parameters in real time according to the hardness of the rock. Usually, medium pressure is used in soft rock layers, and pressure is appropriately increased in hard rock layers. Speed regulation is also important, and generally follows the principle of "high speed for soft rock and low speed for hard rock", which can not only ensure the quality of drilling, but also avoid equipment overload.
The control of drilling angle directly affects the support effect. Using an angle meter to assist positioning can ensure that the vertical error of the drilling is controlled within 1 degree. When encountering special geological structures, the segmented drilling method should be adopted. First drill the guide hole and then gradually expand it, which can effectively prevent the jamming of the drill. During the drilling process, the slag discharge should be closely observed. If the slag discharge is found to be unsmooth, the machine should be stopped for inspection in time.
Daily maintenance is the basic work to ensure the performance of the equipment. After each operation, the rock powder on the surface and inside of the drilling rig should be thoroughly cleaned, and the wear of the wearing parts should be checked. When it is out of use for a long time, the pressure in the hydraulic system needs to be completely released, and the key components should be treated with rust prevention. Regular replacement of hydraulic oil and filter element can effectively prevent system failure.
Mastering these anchor drilling rig operation skills can not only improve construction efficiency, but also ensure project quality and operation safety. With the continuous advancement of technology, the intelligence level of anchor drilling rigs will be further improved in the future, but the basic operating principles and core skills will still play an important role.
